Shred day one
Wow. It was super hard while I was doing it, but I'm not as sore as I thought I would be. I've been sore--after my half marathon I couldn't walk. But I can still walk now. My arms are tired, my abs don't hurt at all. So maybe I'm in decent shape already, and this will just tone me up. I hope so!! I'm ready for day two!

Yeah Erin! Good job on shredding. My arms are a little tired, but my abs aren't sore either. Am I doing something wrong?!
